CRÓNICAS CERVECERAS

El fin de semana del 25 y 26 de abril debía haberse celebrado en Granada la quinta edición del Granada Beer Festival que, como todo lo que teníamos programado en los últimos meses, se ha tenido que posponer. La fecha que de momento propone la organización es el 10 y 11 de octubre de este 2020. Espero de verdad que se pueda realizar, esta vez sí, en los días previstos, ya que supondría una gran alegría para organizadores, participantes y aficionados en una época en las que tan faltos de ellas estamos. Yo no he estado nunca en esta feria que está ganando peso en el panorama nacional, y prueba de ello es el nivel de las cerveceras que acuden, incluso tienen este año una representación invitada de Argentina; el programa de actividades que presentan, que pese a no ser muy extenso ofrece oportunidades a profesionales, aficionados y cerveceros caseros; y el cuidado por los aspectos organizativos que tiene la dirección, desde su web al recinto donde se celebra. Indicators worlwide show that it has been gaining ground to big corporations and that their brews have found their place in store shelves, bars and in our palates. But this situation has not developed homogeneously and despite the figures of this sector, which show a steady evolution, this market continues to be a hard one, especially for small bussinesses that fight relentlessly to make ends meet every month, that meaning that there is a number of projects that have disappeared despite those efforts.
